Make your taskbar and traybar look and function the way you want
With Innovatools Desktop Commander the taskbar and traybar can look and function exactly like you desire. You alone decide which programs to be shown or hiden in the taskbar! Or, if you are in need of more space, Innovatools Desktop Commander lets you hide even the entire taskbar! You can also decide to keep the icons visible in the traybar only while they are active. And, if you don't want to see the clock in the traybar area, or if the icons there bother you, you can select to hide them away also!
Protect your privacy
No more peeking over your shoulder, or eyeing your work! Innovatools Desktop Commander gives you the possibility to hide several running applications, both from taskbar and traybar. Just imagine browsing the Internet and chatting with a friend online while at work. Add any application, document or folder to the traybar

In the same way you can add your most used documents, your favourite pictures, email and even folders containing everything you need. In this way, the folder where you save all your work and which you access so often will not need more then one-click to open! More then that, even system folders can be added so that you can at once access My Network Places or My Documents.
Add often used Accessories to the traybar
You can also add your often used Windows Accessories as icons to the system traybar! Take for example the much needed Wordpad, or your Network connection. This is a much easier way to have them at hand then using shortcuts, and it takes considerably less clicks to make the icon available. Another advantage over a regular shortcut is that it is available at startup, right after the system has loaded. With Innovatools Desktop Commander, the Windows Media Player application for your favourite movies, Disk Cleanup in case you need to free up some space or the Calculator for quick additions will become one click away!
Create Onclick events
In order to allow you even more control over your system, Innovatools Desktop Commander gives you the possibility to put useful actions, such as Show Desktop, Close All Applications or Restart, as icons in your system tray. This way you will have them close whenever you need them.
A special feature is the Application with Parameters selection, which will create an icon in your traybar, that when clicked will run a command or an application with the additional paramters you desire.
Manage your startup applications
Has it ever happened to you that you just can't stop an application from loading at startup in the traybar? Maybe you do not need the Windows Messenger to start up whenever you log on to your machine, or any other application you don't even remember having put it there. Instead of endless searching through the configuration of those specific applications in order to find the option not to load at startup, all you have to do is to simply right-click the desired program in the Innovatools Desktop Commander, and select Remove from Startup.
Save time using Traybar Menu Containers
To make the organisation of the traybar optimal, you can add all of these into menus which will also appear as icons in the tray. The menus can contain files, folders, applications, and even submenus, for more flexibility.
