• "I am a blind computer user. After installing windows XP, I noticed that they drastically changed the add/remove programs setup. When using windows 9X, I was able to quickly get to the program I wanted to change by hitting the first letter of its name. If I wanted OpenBook, I would simply hit the letter O. Well, Microsoft decided to change that in XP. Now, every time I want to remove a program, I have to arrow down through the entire list. Well, then, I found AddRemove Plus, now, the first letter functionality is back. Also, I think it is cool to be able to print out the install log. I spent more time trying to locate references in the registry, without success, than simply installing this product! It does exactly what it says, compensating for what the OS lacks."

• "I just this morning installed your program Add/Remove from ZDnet. I wanted it to uninstall WordPerfect Office/Corel from my computer. The office program came as a trial version with my computer. I guess the files were corrupted or some missing from the program, anyways I could not delete it using the uninstaller that was on the program. I was afraid to delete the program manually from the program files as I knew that is not the right way to do it. I could not get the uninstaller that comes with Windows XP to uninstall the Corel product because it would always bring up the Corel uninstaller which wasn't working. I needed the extra space the Corel product was taking up, so as a last ditch effort I installed your Ad/Remove 2003.
  It worked!!! I was thrilled. The Add/Remove showed two different installed files for the Corel Office program. By clicking on the second file, a different Corel uninstaller showed, and I was able to romove the program. No problems and so easy.
